  • Personal data of participants in our programs and programs

Special personal data

 

Special personal data means data about race, religion or belief, political opinion, health, sexual life, trade union membership, criminal personal data and / or personal data about unlawful or annoying behavior. EDASCO does not process this type of special personal data.

 

 

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

 

We collect and process your data in order to be able to carry out our services, including but not limited to assessment programs, coaching programs and (HR) consultancy processes. and to be able to tune in to your wishes and qualities.

More specifically, we need your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information and / or to be able to make offers regarding our services.

  • To be able to record an assignment with a client in an agreement.

  • To collect and process data on behalf of our clients as part of our selection, development and potential assessment programs.

  • To be able to correspond with you as a client or participant by telephone and email.

  • To be able to compile and send reports.

 

The basis for our processing of personal data lies in the fact that this is necessary for an adequate performance of the agreement that we have entered into. By placing an order, participating in our programs or accepting an order, you agree to our processing of your personal data.

EDASCO is bound by applicable laws and regulations when processing personal data. EDASCO keeps abreast of developments in this area and reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement.

In its professional and business activities, EDASCO also works in accordance with the professional ethical standard of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists, always based on the most recent professional code.

 

 

Automated decision-making

 

EDASCO does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (EDASCO employee).

 

 

Data storage

 

EDASCO does not store personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which data is collected.

For personal data obtained in our assessment programs, we do not keep it for longer than two years. Such data can be used to create group reports and to provide reports again to participants when they request it. After the two-year period, your report, including the underlying data file, will be destroyed.

 

 

Data provision to third parties

 

EDASCO provides data to third parties only in the context of the performance of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Sharing information with third parties only takes place after we have explicitly received your permission to do so.

We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf. In doing so, we ensure a consistent level of security and confidentiality.

 

 

View, adjust and / or delete data

 

You always have the option to view, correct and / or delete your personal data as we collect it. To this end, you can send a request to info@edasco.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and inform you when the decision on your request has been implemented.
