Coaching: individually and as a team

Looking in your mirror together

Sometimes you can see it less clearly yourself and you need an extra pair of eyes. We look together with you, respectful and appreciative, where necessary also critical and confrontational. And we do not hesitate to advise you and think along about solutions. You can also practice with an actor, for example in the Accelerated Development program.

Sample questions

  • How can I better fulfill my management tasks?

  • How do I manage a hybrid organization?

  • Why am I always a little bit confused by resistance?

  • I have a conflict with my director or board, how do I get things done?

  • How do I translate our strategy into realistic and workable plans?

  • Work and private life are now very mixed up, how can I deal with this better?

  • How do I turn the new department into a smoothly running team?

Accelerated Development

In half a day you can train individually with your coach and an actor,

expand your skills and increase your effectiveness. Fast return in a safe setting.

Individual coaching

Of course we start with your question, your context and development objective. After an intensive introduction, we do what is necessary to realize your learning goal. We are not tied to a particular method or technique, other than "the good conversation".

Team coaching

Example questions for team coaching are:

  • We are a recently started project team with a tight deadline; how are we going to work together successfully?

  • There is tension within our management team, can you help us solve this?

  • There has been a less pleasant atmosphere in the department for some time now, why is this?

  • As a team we want to become more effective in managing our situation ourselves; can you help us with that?

Demand and context are leading in our approach to team coaching. A good intake and introduction is therefore of great importance. Usually it is about strengthening the cooperation and effectiveness of a team by ensuring increased mutual insight, understanding and respect. Where necessary, a tricky nut is cracked. We usually use the power of insight-providing tools, aimed at diversity in styles and underlying motivations, drives and orientations.
