EDASCO
Self-reflection and insight as a basis for the development and effectiveness of people, teams and organizations. That is the core of our contribution to your success.
Strongly rooted in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region in the Netherlands, EDASCO is the agency for assessment, coaching and (HR) consulting. Operating from a convenient office location in the center of Arnhem, we are easily accessible. We know the region, the market, and have an extensive network in both the public and private sector. We use the differences between sectors as a source of learning and reflection. At the same time, we are always able to match your specific context or situation.
In addition to individual trajectories, we are also able to organise and execute large projects. EDASCO works together with experienced senior consultants, former GITP colleagues and others. Sometimes specific expertise is required or simply more consulting capacity. In such situations we can draw on a wide network of consultants, coaches and other professionals. EDASCO guarantees the quality of these partners.
EDASCO works in accordance with the guidelines of the NIP, the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists. In all our activities, the NIP's professional code is a touchstone of ethics.

Ed van Sluijs
Over 20 years of experience as a consultant and coach. I respond to your questions and help you gain sharper insight. Sometimes critically confrontational, always empathetic and connected. I combine my experience as a manager and director in leading professionals, with the expertise as a psychologist and my roles as a consultant and coach.
I feel at home in the boardroom and enjoy interacting with executives and leading top professionals. It may concern directors, managers or professionales and I also have a good track record with academic professors, mayors, top sports coaches and other quirky professionals.
